Depraved Dollars licenses Webmasters the rights to utilize the Depraved Dollars program on Webmasters' website(s) as long as the Webmaster and their website(s) conform in every respect with our policies and guidelines. We reserve the right to change or amend these policies at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to revoke our license at any time without notice. Our major policies are listed below and are subject to change without prior notification.

Webmaster
Webmaster means the individual and/or entity that owns or controls a Website or Web pages that comprise a Website. Webmasters affirm they are at least 18 years of age, and will submit proof of age upon request by Depraved Dollars

Website
A Website is defined as a Web Page or a collection of Web pages organized into an identifiable Internet Publication.

Payments
Payments are weekly through CCBill

Applicants
An applicant to be a Depraved Dollars Webmaster must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit proof upon request.

Webmaster IDs
A Depraved Dollars Webmaster ID may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The posting, publication, transfer, assignment, sharing or dissemination of a Depraved Dollars Webmaster ID  is strictly prohibited.

Unlawful Activities
Fraud, illegal activities, unfair or deceptive trade practices or violation of the Depraved Dollars Policies (as amended) will result in immediate termination of your account. No commissions will be paid on fraudulent transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected. Any unlawful activities or activities that, within our sole and absolute discretion, may be or are harmful to its reputation, image, goodwill (including but not limited to inappropriate usenet postings or spamming) will result in immediate termination. Illegal content is strictly prohibited. Referring yourself as a new account is considered fraudulent and will result in your account's termination.

We DO NOT support or accept illegal sites (Child porn, Incest, Bestiality, Password Trading or Warez sites) to join our program and promote our sites!

Foreign Webmasters
Unfortunately due to a lot of cheating We DO NOT accept webmasters from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Iberville (Quebec), India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kaliningrad, Kazakhstan, Korea (North and South), Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Pakistan, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia.

Miscellaneous
Any failure or delay in enforcement of the General policies by Depraved Dollars shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of any terms hereof. Interpretation, modification, termination and enforcement of these General Policies shall, at all times, be within the sole and absolute discretion and control of Depraved Dollars. By submitting an application to become an Depraved Dollars Webmaster, the applicant agrees to be bound by these General Policies. Each Depraved Dollars Webmaster shall indemnify and hold Depraved Dollars harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as a result of the Webmaster's activities.

Prohibitions
A Depraved Dollars Participating Site may not display, publish, link to, or provide access to any images, pictures, stories, video clips or any other media portraying any content that is deemed illegal in the United States. Any site containing content deemed illegal in the United States will have their Depraved Dollars account de-activated. You can not state that there will not be a charge or that credit card is for age verification only, these are not true and will cause your Depraved Dollars account to be terminated if you are found using these.

Additional Requirements
Participating Site Webmasters are responsible for providing all content, material, products, and/or services on the site. We are not responsible for any content provided on Participating Sites.

Depraved Dollars reserves the right to terminate the account of any affiliate who publicly posts derogatory and or slanderous statements about Depraved Dollars.

We reserve the right, at our request, to see all referring pages and server logs to your Depraved Dollars account's referring pages. If this information is not provided to Depraved Dollars at our request your account will be terminated and all monies owed will be forfeited.

Webmasters may not send out mass e-mail with out first getting Depraved Dollars approval first. All e-mails must meet our guidelines before being sent. Failure to meet this condition will result in account forfeited.

Webmasters must have a valid working e-mail address that Depraved Dollars employees can use to contact webmasters about updates and important notices concerning the program.

Non compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of all monies owed and the possible prosecution of the violating webmaster.
